Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via one of our preferred courier companies with tracking and drop-off with & without signatures depending on the courier service.

We will provide you with tracking information from one of our preferred couriers once item has been dispatched.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If the item received has been damaged in transit, take photos of the package preferably before opening if the package looks deformed, it is imperative you take a few good quality photos of the item either in its packaging or as soon as you notice for our records, keep all the original packaging (do not throw this out) and submit a query with customer support within 14 days of your purchase so we can follow up with our courier and arrange with you to have the item sent back and a replacement dispatched in a timely manner.

Our business sources items from many suppliers which can take us some time dealing with them to have the issue rectified, on the rare occasion that your item doesn't arrive in good condition following the above directive will help us process the claim in a timely manner.
